The four-day power packed “Offinso For Christ” Crusade, dubbed “Gospel And Healing” Crusade has won 1,229 adult souls, with 398 water baptism. 16 people rededicated their lives to Christ during the period, while 61 people received instant healing.
The programme which started on Wednesday, 29th November and ended on 2nd December, received massive attendance and supernatural encounter. GPCC and other ecumenical leaders were present as well as many non-COP members.
The numerous activities paraded for the programme yielded massive results. Pre-crusade cinema van evangelism, where cinema vans were sent to various Districts for some days for cinema evangelism won 896 souls with 181 water baptism. Again, Gospel Heralds pre-crusade evangelism, where the Area Gospel Heralds team were deployed to various Districts for aggressive evangelism also won 187 souls with 99 water baptism. The main programme also won 206 souls and 118 water baptism, to the glory of God.
On Saturday morning, there was a free medical screening which took care of about 224 people. Free screening, medical advice, medicines, and referrals were all part of the services rendered to all the participants. Speaking to some participants, they expressed their profound gratitude to the organisers of the programme, asking God to bless them and replenish all that they have spent on them.
The “Gospel And Healing” Crusade was jointly organised by Soul Partners International (SPI), a US based Evangelism Team and Offinso Area of The Church of Pentecost. Expressing his satisfaction and showing appreciation to God for the success of the program, the Director of SPI, Evangelist Nat Owusu also commended the Offinso Area pastorate, headed by Apostle Samuel Edzii Davidson and his wife, Mrs. Winnifred Edzii Davidson, for their show of love, hospitality, commitment and hardwork towards achieving the success of the event.
Equally satisfied, Apostle Davidson on behalf of Offinso Area also expressed his appreciation to the Almighty God for His faithfulness. He also appreciated SPI for their partnership with the Area, and investing greatly for this all important programme.
Elder Gideon Ntumy, Kwaku Gyasi and Offinso Gospel Mass Choir also revived the programme with their music talents.
